怀地黄6个主流品种产量相关性状及其相关分析

摘　　要：以6个怀地黄主流品种为材料,用测量法、观察法、称量法、紫外分光光度法和SPSS软件统计分析了单株鲜重产量和鲜重产量的相关性状及其相关性。结果表明,单株鲜重产量与叶绿素a含量、花序高度呈显著正相关,而与蒴果长度呈显著负相关,和花冠长度/宽度的比值呈极显著正相关。鲜重产量与块根长度/直径的比值呈显著负相关,而与块根直径、块根长度呈显著正相关。鲜重产量与蒴果长度之间有较强的负相关性。Six popularly cultivated cultivars of Rehmannia glutinosa f. hueichingensis were used to study the relations between their fresh yield-related traits by different methods of measuring, observing, weighting, ultraviolet spectrometer and SPSS software. The results indicated that the fresh weight yield per plant had significantly negotive correlation to capsule length but signifi- cantly positive correlations to the content of chlorophyll a and anthotaxy height and length/width of coyolla. The fresh yield had negative relations to length/diameter of root tuber and capsule length but significantly positive correlations to the diameter and length of root tuber.
