摘　　要：通过对石梁河水库当前管理存在的问题进行分析,以水库可持续发展为目标,借鉴国外水库管理的成功经验,探讨了未来水库管理的近期、中期、远期三种发展模式,即集权运营管理模式、公司运营制管理模式、多机制共生型管理模式,并提出了具体的实施建议。By analysis of the problems existed in reservoir management, aimed at sustainable development and with reference of experience from foreign reservoir management, the paper discussed three management patterns for future management. They are centralized management model, company management model and co-existing multi-mechanism management model. Further more, the implement advice was advanced.
