摘　　要：介绍了协同办公系统、基于Web协同办公的优点,阐述了Web Service技术及其体系结构、Web Service下各对象完成的主体工作及相互间的关联、Web Service下协同办公的功能构成、Web Service下协同办公的实现、协同办公安全完善机制等。This article introduced the Cooperative OA System,the characteristics of cooperative OA based on Web Service. And then it specially expounded technology of Web Service and system architecture and the completing for the works ＆ relations each other under the Web Service. last it talks about The function structure of cooperative OA and implement of cooperative OA under the Web Service and the security ＆ perfect Mechanism of cooperative OA and so on.
