摘 要:以质子酸改性高岭土为催化剂催化环己酮与乙二醇缩合反应合成缩酮。考察了反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等因素对缩合反应的影响,得到了适宜的反应条件:催化剂用量(以1mol环己酮计)为0.75g,n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5,反应时间70min。在此条件下,环己酮的转化率为99.9%,产物环己酮乙二醇缩酮的选择性为100.0%。在优化的反应条件下,研究了不同的醛(酮)与乙二醇的缩合反应。实验结果表明,质子酸改性高岭土对醛(酮)与乙二醇的缩合反应具有良好的催化性能,醛(酮)的转化率在91.6%以上,对应产物的选择性在98.2%以上。Ketalization of cyclohexanone with ethylene glycol was carried out over acid - modified kaolin catalysts. Effects of reaction time, mole ratio between reactants, and catalyst dosage on the reaction were investigated. Under optimal conditions: catalyst dosage (based on 1 mol cyclohexanone) 0.75 g, reaction time 70 min and n (cyclohexanone) : n ( ethylene glycol ) 1 : 1.5, conversion of cyclohexanone and selectivity to product cyclohexanone ethylene ketal can reach 99.9% and 100.0%, respectively. Condensation reactions of different aldehydes or ketones with ethylene glycol could also be conducted over the acid - modified kaolin catalyst. Under above conditions, conversions of aldehydes or ketones and selectivities to the products can achieve more than 91.6% and more than 98.2%, respectively. Acid modification is beneficial to improve performance of kaolin catalyst in condensation reaction.
