摘 要:开发了用于脱除聚合级乙烯中的微量乙炔和H2的BC-I-037G催化剂和BC-I-HC40催化剂,用于脱除微量CO的BR-9201催化剂,并已在工业装置中得到应用。BC-I-037G催化剂和BC-I-HC40催化剂在乙烯空速2000~6000h-1、压力2.6~3.5MPa、温度20~50℃、n(H2)∶n(乙炔)<4和BR-9201催化剂在乙烯空速3000~3500h-1、反应压力0.1~3.0MPa、反应温度90~120℃的操作条件下,可使乙烯中乙炔的质量分数由(1~6)×10-6降至小于1×10-7、H2的质量分数由1×10-4降至小于1×10-6、CO的质量分数由(2~5)×10-6降至小于1×10-7。3种催化剂工业装置的应用结果表明,催化剂性能稳定,可操作范围宽,能满足工业装置的工艺要求。Commercial catalysts BC - I - 037G and BC - I - HC40 for removal of acetylene and hydrogen, and commercial catalyst BR -9201 for removal of carbon monoxide from ethylene were developed for purification of polymer - grade ethylene. Under appropriate conditions: ethylene space velocity 2 000 -6 000 h-1, reaction pressure 2.6 -3.5 MPa, temperature 20 -50℃, and n( H2 ) : n (C2 ) 〈 4, the mass fractions of acetylene and hydrogen in feedstock ethylene can be lowered from (1 -6)×10^-6 to less than 1×10^-7 and from 1 ×10^-4 to less than 1 ×10^-6 respectively by using the BC -I -037G and BC -I -HC40 catalysts. The catalyst can be used for about 3 years. As concerning catalyst BR- 9201, under appropriate conditions: ethylene space velocity 3 000 -3 500 h^-1, reaction pressure 0.1 -3.0 MPa and temperature 90 - 120 0(2, mass fraction of carbon monoxide in ethylene can be reduced from (2 -5) ×10^-6 to less than 1 ×10^-7. The catalyst can be used for about 3 -5 years. The results of purification of all three commercial catalysts above can perfectly meet the requirements of ethylene for polymerization.
