摘　　要：目的探讨一种简便易行的观察主动脉弓粥样硬化的方法。方法对46例脑卒中病人应用超声诊断仪3.5MHz扇形探头于胸骨上窝和锁骨上窝处探查主动脉弓。结果46例病人中有44例能采集到较好的主动脉弓影像,可清晰观察主动脉弓管腔内情况,测量内-中膜厚度,检测到粥样硬化斑块大小、形态及其内部情况,发现硬化斑块形成者9例。结论经颈部检查主动脉弓既简便、易行,病人无痛苦,又有较高诊断率,可作为常规检查方法使用。Objective To study a new noninvasive method of observing atherosclerotic plaque in the arch of the aorta. Methods Transcutaneous B-mode ultrasonography was performed to image the aortic arch through suprasternal window and lateral supraclavicular window with 3.5MHz sector transducer in 46 patients with stroke. Results Noninvasive imaging of the aortic arch can be employed distinctly in 44 cases of all, Atherosclerotic plaque prevalence, thickness, size and morphology were assessed, and 9 simple plaques were identified with B-mode. Conclusion Transcutaneous real time B-mode ultrasonography, providing a noninvasive method for sequential studies of plaques that can be visualized, should have been developed to be a routine for aortic arch plaque imaging.
