补肺片增强支气管哮喘患者免疫功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:采用开放对比法研究补肺片增强支气管哮喘患者的免疫功能作用。方法:选择缓解期支气管哮喘患者40例、随机分成2组,治疗组急性加重期只用对症及抗炎治疗,症状缓解期加口服"补肺片"每日3次,每次3～5片,每年连用4～6个月,连用3年;对照组急性加重期同治疗组一样给对症及抗炎治疗,缓解期未采取任何治疗措施,任其自然。结果:观察两组细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,治疗后明显上升与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),对照组无变化。结论:补肺片对支气管哮喘患者具有增强免疫功能作用。Objective： To apply the open and comparison method to probe into the effect of BFP in strengthening the immune function of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods： We divided 40 patients with asthma at remission stage into the treated group and contrast group at random. In the acute emergent period, both groups were treated with anti - inflammation and given a correct diagnosis. In the alleviating period, the treated group was added three to five pills of BFP three times a day for 4 - 6 months a year which lasted for three years, while the contrast group was not given any special medical treatment. Results： Comparing the immune function of cell and body fluid,there are obvious differences in the treated group before treatment and after treatment, while the contrast group never changes. Conclusion： BFP has the effect of strengthening the immune function of patients with bronchial asthma.
