中药袁氏消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探索活血破血、消癥散结类中药配伍之袁氏消瘤汤,治疗早期子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:将54例患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组18例,治疗组采用名老中医袁家麟教授之经验方袁氏消瘤汤加减治疗;对照组口服中成药桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,进行疗效对比观察。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:袁氏消瘤汤具有活血破血,消癥散结的功效,治疗子宫肌瘤有较好疗效。Objective ： To explore clinical curative effect of YUAN-elan Xiaoliu Decoction which compatibility of promoting blood flow,vanishing and eliminating stagnation treat hystemmyonm in earlier period. Method： Divide into groups in random to 36 examples of heal group and 18 examples of control group ,heal group is treated with YUAN -elan Xiaoliu Decoction, and control group take orally Chinese formulated products ＂ramulus einnamomi -hoelen caps＂ ,contrast curative effect between two groups. Result： Two sets variability is significance（ P 〈0.05）. Curative effect of heal group is better than control group. Conclusion： This decoction has efficacy of promoting blood flow,vanishing and eliminating stagnation, and is good to heal hysteromyonm.
