降脂清肝方及其拆方对脂肪肝家鸭的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨降脂清肝方及其拆方对脂肪肝家鸭的影响。方法:对由高糖饲料填饲的家鸭进行预防给药[1],观察各组家鸭血清和肝脏甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及肝脏病理形态学变化。结果:各拆方组中,丹姜组和首乌组在降肝脏及血清TG方面效果显著,其余两组无显著性差异;各拆方组降肝脏及血清总胆固醇效果不明显。全方组降血清TG效果不显著,但降肝脏TG效果显著,且全方组可降低血清总胆固醇(P<0.05)。结论:降脂清肝方可以显著降低肝脏TG,其拆方中,丹姜组与首乌组能显著降低肝脏与血清TG,治疗脂肪肝效果显著。Objective ：To investigate the effect ofJiangzhi Qinggan formula and its subdivisions on duck models of fatty liver. Methods ： Fed ducks with high sugar diet and prevented with Jiangzhi Qinggan formula and its subdivisions. The index of serum TG,TC and liver pathology were observed. Result ：Of all the subdivisions Danjiang group and Shouwu group decreased liv- er and serum TG,TC excellentlly,while the other two groups did not. Jiangzhi Qinggan formula group obviously decreased liver TG though it did not on serum TG. It also decreased serum TC（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Jiangzhi Qingganformula significantly decreased liver TG. And of all its subdivisions, Danjiang group and Shouwu group significantly decreased liver and serum TG, which obviously improved the fatty liver.
