摘  要:目的:观察半夏泻心汤对小鼠Cajal间质细胞(Interstitial Cells of Cajal,ICC)线粒体膜电位与细胞内Ca2+浓度的影响。方法:制备大鼠含半夏泻心汤药物血清,体外分离培养ICC,用药物血清处理ICC,作用24h后,采用ICC特异的c-kit抗体进行免疫荧光测定,利用激光共聚焦显微扫描技术和特异性荧光探针标记线粒体膜电位及[Ca2+]i。结果:半夏泻心汤药物血清能提高ICC线粒体膜电位,降低ICC[Ca2+]i。结论:半夏泻心汤可能通过提高ICC线粒体膜电位,降低ICC[Ca2+]i以促进胃肠运动。Objective: To observe the effects of Banxia Xiexin Decoction (BD) on the mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and [Ca^2+]i of Interstitial Cells of Cajal. Methods : The serum of rats containing BD was made. The ICC was dissociated and cultured in vitro , then treated with BD serum for 24 hours, c - kit immunofluorescence antibody was used for its identification under the confocal microscopy, utilized the scanning technique of laser confocal scanning microscope and specificity fluorescent probe to mark the MMP and [Ca^2+]i of ICC. Results : The serum contained BD can enhancethe MMP of ICC and decrease [Ca^2+]i of ICC. Conclmion: BD can promote the gastrointestinal motility through enhancing the MMP of ICC, decreasing [Ca^2+]i of ICC.
