摘　　要：等离子弧以其高温、高能密度、高焊接质量在航空材料的焊接中发挥着重要的作用。以等离子弧焊接电流、离子气流量、焊接速度的匹配关系为重点,讨论等离子弧在航空材料焊接中的应用,典型材料航空零部件等离子弧焊的工艺过程,参数的选择,列出其常见焊接缺陷的现象、原因以及预防方法。Plasma arc is widely applied in the welding of air material because of its high temperature,energy density and welding quality.Here the application of plasma arc in air material welding,relative techniques and parameter selection in plasma arc welding are discussed with the emphasis of welding current,gas quantity and welding speed.The forms,causes and precautions for usual welding defects are expounded.
