摘　　要：多元离子复合渗镀设备是由炉体、辉光电源、电弧电源、水冷系统、真空系统和监测系统六部分组成;复合靶是由多种金属材料组成,其中包括钛、铜、镍、银、铝等,依据工件材料选定。陶瓷或金属表面复合渗镀的以及钎焊的工艺参数,如工作气压、辉光电压、电弧电流、渗镀时间、复合靶与工件之间的距离、焊接温度和保温时间等,对表面合金化和钎焊造成影响。本装置可以用于陶瓷及金属的表面合金化及其真空钎焊连接。Multiple ions composite diffusion coating equipment included furnace body,glow discharge power,arc power,water cooling system,vacuum system and detecting system etc.Composite target was made up of several kinds metal materials such as Ti,Cu,Ni, Ag,Al etc.The technological parameter of surface composite diffusion coating or brazing included working air pressure,glow voltage, arc electric current,diffusion coating time,distance between composite target and work piece,brazing temperature and heat preservation time,which had influence over surface alloying and brazing.The equipment could apply to ceramic and metal surface alloying,joining alloyed ceramic and metal.
