锌酸盐镀锌层三价铬蓝色钝化工艺研究

摘　　要：以钝化膜外观和中性盐雾试验(NSS)为评价标准,通过正交试验,优选出了适用于常温操作的锌酸盐镀锌层三价铬蓝色钝化液。配方及工艺参数:0.090mol/LCrCl3,0.200mol/LNaNO3,0.010mol/L Co(NO3)2,14g/Lγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,0.090mol/L有机羧酸CX,钝化液pH=1.4,钝化温度29℃,钝化时间30s。最佳钝化工艺下得到的钝化膜蓝色均匀,表面结构致密,可通过中性盐雾试验(NSS)72h。In order to obtain a blue-bright passive film with trivalent chromium at ambient tempreture, orthogonal test and single factor test were undertaken by appearance check and neutral salt spray test. The blue-bright passivation film possess 72 h corrosion resistance (evaluated by neutral salt spray test) was obtained in the solution containing 0. 09 mol/L CrCl3, 0.20 mol/L NaN03, 0.01 mol/L Co( NO3)2, 14.00g/L RRRR-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as sealer and 0. 09 mol/L carboxyl-ic acid CX. The treatment conditions were that at pH=1.4 at 23 -29 ℃ over 30 s.
