摘 要:为了改善可应用于结构隐身吸波材料的碳化硅纤维的吸波性能并保证其良好力学性能,采用溶胶-凝胶技术在碳化硅纤维表面涂敷一层钡铁氧体材料,重点探讨了溶胶-凝胶工艺中水量、pH 值和温度等主要工艺参量对碳化硅纤维表面钡铁氧体成膜特性的影响,采用正交设计的实验方法研究高温热处理的温度和时间两个主要影响因素对镀覆钡铁氧体的碳化硅纤维磁性能的影响。结果表明,反应温度为80℃,pH=5,H2O/[M2+]=30~35 时,可以得到适合对碳化硅纤维表面进行涂敷的溶胶;热处理温度为 900℃,走丝速度为 168 s/m的情况下,可获得比饱和磁化强度为1A·m2/kg的钡铁氧体涂层连续碳化硅纤维。In order to improve the microwave absorbing ability of SiC fiber and maintain its good mechanical properties, sol-gel technology was adopted to deposit a layer of Ba ferrite on the surface of SiC fiber. Effect of technical parameters such as amount of water, pH value and temperature on the depositing capability of Ba ferrite on the surface of SiC fiber were discussed. Orthogonal design was employed to analyse the effect of annealing temperature and advancing velocity during annealing process on the magnetic properties. Results show that, when T=80℃, pH=5 and H20/[M^2+]=30-35, sol is appropriate to deposition. Specific saturation magnetization as large as 1A · m^2/kg was obtained under the condition of 900℃ and 168 s/re.
