Flies can use prior experience to improve visual cognitive abilities

摘　　要：Modification of ongoing and future behaviors .based on prior experience demonstrates the so-called ＂intelligence＂ in animals and even human beings. Studies by a research team led by Prof. GUO Aike from the Institute of Neuroscience, the CAS Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, show that prior experience can enhance visual feature extraction in a fruit fly （Drosophila melanogaster）.
