摘　　要：CHEN ZuyuCHEN Zuyu, an expert in water conservancy, hydropower and civil engineering, serves as professor at China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research. He was born in 1943 in Chongqing City, and graduated from Tsinghua University in 1966. He obtained his doctorate degree from his alma mater in 1991. At present, he is vice director of the Division of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering under the ChineseSociety of Civil Engineering.(Division of Technological Sciences)CHEN Zuyu, an expert in water conservancy, hydropower and civil engineering, serves as professor at China Institute of Water Resources
