摘　　要：我局在口岸疾病监测体检人员中，经Ｘ线胸部检查，发现肺结核患者２５８例，分布在六个国家或地区。其中中国籍人员２０１人，占７７．９１％，其次是台湾、香港和韩国。以工人和农民为主，分别占４４．１９％和３０．２３％，痰培养阳性率为２９．０７％。因此，国境卫生检疫机关在口岸疾病监测体检中。The 258 cases were discovered by using X-ray detection in border health examination.Of which,201 cases (77.9%) holded passport of People's Republic of China,then persons come from Taiwan,Hongkong and korea.The major profession of them were workers and peasants.The positive rate of sputum was 29.07%.The authors suggested that it was important to strengthen the tuberculosis detection in the border health examination.
