摘　　要：通过分析某石化公司基于Lotus Domino/Notes开发的OA系统中文档丢失现象的原因,提出用LotusScript编制程序来实现Notes系统自身所提供的简单操作功能,从根本上解决当数据库设计更新未刷新简单操作选项而导致的代理运行不可靠问题。Through analyzing the reason why documents lost frequently in the development of Lotus Domino/ Notes, a dependable way is advanced adopting LotusScript, instead of the general simple operations, to solve the unstable problem caused by not refreshing the simple operations items while update the database design. The way gets a better effect in real system.
