摘　　要：文章介绍了Maxim公司最新研制的具有自动关闭特征、微电流供电的RS-232收发器,较全面地阐述了该器件的特性、参数、内部电路的特点及其应用,给出了RS-232收发器的应用电路。By the intraduction of the latest kind of RS -232 Autoshutdown transceiver developed by Maxim, which is characterized by micro-current supply, this article presents the whole descriptions about the device＇ characteristics, absolute maximum ratings and inner circuits＇ features and applications. The operating circuits are presented, too.
