摘 要:应用机能定位的形态学方法——c-fos癌基因表达法,对心理应激进行探讨。方法用86dB噪音持续刺激SD大鼠1~2小时,并与受到40dB强度生理性声音刺激和不给声音刺激的大鼠进行对比。结果接受噪音刺激的动物的脑干听觉通路各级神经元以及与情绪有关的边缘系统皮质下部位的杏仁核和下丘脑室旁核(PVN)、视上核等处出现了明显的c-fos癌基因表达产物Fos蛋白的聚集。用药与不用药组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论提示了心理应激的解剖基础和发病机制。Objective To conduct a trial of the use of morphological method, ie, functional topographic c fos oncogene expression technique for the study of psychological stress. Method Noise stimulation of 86dB intensity was contineuously given to SD rats for 1~2 hours. Result The results of their c fos oncogene expressions were compared with those of the animals stimulated with 40 dB physiologic sound and the normal controls without sound stimulation. The possible action of calcium channel blocker (CCB) for the prevention and protection of psychologic stress was also investigated. Conclusion The results suggested that CCB was of help for the prevention of psychologic stress and the secondary induced psychosomatic disrders.
