摘 要:为探讨气功对老年人情绪、睡眠的影响及老年练功者的个性。方法我们对36例坚持练鹤翔桩气功一年以上的老年人与36例从未练过气功的老年人对照,运用Zung编制的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评定,用自编睡眠情况调查表调查,对老年练功者进行MMPI测试,并与常模对照。结果练功组的SAS、SDS显著小于对照组(P<0.01),在睡眠质量、晨醒后感觉、睡眠时间及睡眠的乐趣方面均好于对照组;练功组MMPI测试结果发现D、Hy、Pd、Pt、Sc量表得分较常模显著下降(P<0.05)。结论气功具有改善老年人焦虑、抑郁症状,促进睡眠作用,老年练功人员具有特有个性。Objective To probe the effects of qi gong on the emotion,sleep in senior,and the personality in them.Methods 36 seniors who exercised He xiang gong more than a year were assessed with Zung anxiety self rating scale (Zung-SAS) and Zung depression self rating scale (Zung-SDS),and quality of sleep rating scale,and compared with 36 seniors who didn't exercise qi gong, 36 seniors who exercised qi gong were also assessed with MMPI,and compared to normal.Results The results on self rating scale of SAS、SDS for the group who exercised qi-gong were significantly lower than the controls.Quality of sleep,sensation of wakening,time of sleep,interest of sleep in the group who exercised qi-gong were better than the control group.The results on MMPI showed:scales of D,Hy Pd,Pd,Pt,Sc were significantly lower than the normal.Conclusion Qi gong possesses a significant positive effect on depression,anxiety and sleep.The senior who exercised qi gong have special personality.
