摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎是一种细胞因子参与介导的自身免疫性疾病；巨噬细胞移动抑制因子是一种具有广泛生物学活性的细胞因子，大量表达在类风湿性关节炎患者血清和滑膜组织中，促进巨噬细胞、滑膜细胞和内皮细胞的活化，促进类风湿性关节炎的炎症反应、滑膜组织增生和关节损伤。巨噬细胞移动抑制因子在类风湿性关节炎中的地位和作用十分重要。Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） is an auto-immune disease, and cytokines play important roles in its pathology. Macrophage migration inhibitory factor （MIF） is a cytokine which has the extensively biologic activities. MIF is abundantly expressed in the serum and synovial tissue of RA patients . MIF induces the acti- vation of macrophage, synoviocyte, and endotheliocyte. MIF promotes inflammation, synovial hypercellularity, and joint damage in RA. The roles of MIF in RA were summarized in this paper.
