摘 要:以冷却器结晶盐垢的自动、连续、清洗为目标进行模拟试验,在工业生产设备实际尺寸Φ38 mm×3 mm的不锈钢冷却管管内,流动饱和热溶液,管外采用冷却水冷却形成过饱和的结晶条件,对安装流体动力螺旋线与螺旋扭带分别进行实际物料的自动清洗效果模拟试验和流体阻力试验。试验结果表明:流体动力螺旋线与螺旋扭带都可以自动清洗结晶盐垢,使设备保持长期高效运行,但是螺旋线的效果更好;连续运行2 h以后,与空管相比的传热系数,安装螺旋线提高85%,安装螺旋扭带提高74%;并且,螺旋线的传热强化功能比螺旋扭带高8%,流体阻力比螺旋扭带的低6%。This paper studies the automatic and continuous removal of crystal fouling in coolers through the simulation experiments. In the experimental equipment, the size of heat transfer tubes is the same as the common ones, φ38mm×3mm. The hot saturated solution flows through the tubes, while cooling water flows outside of them. The cleaning capability and flowing resistance experiments were conducted, in which the hydro -dynamic spiral and the twisted strips were inserted in tubes respectively and the comparison was done. The experiments show that the two kinds of tube - inserts can remove the crystal fouling automatically, but the result of spiral is better. After continuous operation of only 2 hours, the heat transfer coefficient with spiral is increase by 85% over that without any inserts, and the coefficient with twisted strip is increased by only 74%. Furthermore, the net heat transfer enhancement of spiral is 8% more than that of twisted strip and the flowing resistance is 6% less tna that of twisted strip.
