渤海绥中36-1油田核桃壳过滤器滤料清洗再生的研究

摘　　要：了解海上平台过滤器运行状况,通过分析核桃壳过滤介质污染状态,发现滤料污染物主要成分为原油、硫化物等。紧密结合过滤器运转、反冲洗工艺情况、针对污染物成分研制出了适用于渤海绥中SZ36-1油田平台过滤器用核桃壳滤料清洗再生剂,很好地解决了致密的混合污染物层难以清除的问题,现场应用取得了良好的效果,恢复了滤料过滤功能,从而提高了运行效率、节约了生产成本。Found out many filter units moved on offshore platform. By way of analyzing walnut shell-filter material polluted, it has been found that main pollutants in filtering material are oil, sulfide and etc. Combined filter unit＇s running, the process of reversed washing and focused on these pollutants; an effectual walnut shell-filter material regenerating reagent applying to offshore platform filter SZ36-1 ,sui zhong bo hai has been developed, and the problem that the pollutants are difficult to clean out has been solved. The field test achieved good effect. Recovered walnut shell-filter material＇ s function of filtering, then enhanced the efficiency of running and cut down expenses of manufacturing cost.
