摘　　要：目的了解北京市西城区医务人员登革热防治知识现状,为加强登革热专业培训提供基础信息。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选取北京市西城区6家医疗机构的医务人员为研究对象,进行登革热防治知识匿名问卷调查。结果不同性别、年龄、文化程度、工作医院和科室的医务人员其登革热知识掌握水平存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论应制定有针对性的培训方案,提高医务人员特别是基层医疗机构人员的登革热认知水平。Abstract：Objective To survey the status of dengue fever knowledge among medical staffs in Xicheng District of Beijing and offer scientific reference for formulate preventive measures. Methods A random sampling suvey of status of dengue fever knowledge was conducted among medical staffs of six hospitals in Xieheng District, Results The Knowledge levels in medical staffs of different sex, age groups, varied education baekgroud and different departments differed significantly （ P 〈 0,05） . Conclusion The training scheme for spreading dengue fever knowledge among medical staffs should take their individual conditions, such as age, sex, educational background, profession, into consideration.
