摘  要:目的正确评价结核病防治人力资源配置的合理性,为今后调整、充实结核病防治专业队伍提供科学依据。方法湖北省结核病防治专职人员配置现状以及与疑似肺结核病人就诊率的关系分析。结果随着结核病专职人员数量、综合业务素质的逐年增加,疑似肺结核病人就诊率也相应提高;山区、丘陵、平原疑似肺结核病人就诊率依次由高至低,与其每50万人口中、高级职称人数多少顺序一致;目前湖北省结核病专职人员数量基本符合要求,但综合业务素质、专业配置比例尚有待进一步加强与优化。结论为确保湖北省结核病防治工作的进一步发展,需要在现有专职人员数量、中高级职称比例的基础上,增加或充实病人督导管理、健康促进专业的工作人员,并探寻行之有效的培训方法,不断提高其业务素质。Objective To evaluate human resource allocation in TB control and prevention, and provide basis for improvement in staffing for TB control in the future. Methods The relationship between present TB control human resources and eonsultaney rate in suspected TB patients in Hnhei province was analyzed. Results 1. w/th the annual increase in TB professionals and improvement in quality, the consuhancy rate in TB suspected patients increased accordingly. 2. the consultancy rate in TB suspected patients was highest in the mountainous region, followed by hilly region and plain, the same order as that in TB professional resource of intermediate and senior job rifles per 500,000 population. 3. the TB control professionals in Hubei were basically sufficient for work, but the overall professional quality and staffing to be enhanced and optimized. Conclusion To ensure further progress in TB control and prevention in Hubei it is necessary to increase number of personnel for supervision and management of TB patients, health education. In addition, ways for effective training must be looked for to enahance the quality of the staffs.
