摘 要:通过在S195柴油机上进行对比试验,分析了二甲醚和二甲醚柴油混合燃料对柴油机性能的影响。结果表明:加大二甲醚供油量,能保持原机的动力性;按照当量油耗率计算,二甲醚经济性接近柴油,而二甲醚柴油混合燃料(DME10)在大负荷下具有较好的经济性;燃用二甲醚时,CO、NOx和碳烟都有大幅度下降,而HC排放在中低负荷下较高;燃用DME10时,在所有工况下排放均低于柴油。In this paper the influences on the performance of a diesel engine fueled with DME and DME-diesel blended fuel were analyzed. The results show that through enhances the DME fuel feed the original machine power can be maintained. According to the equivalent oil consumption rate, DME's economical efficiency approaches to the diesel and DME-diesel blended fuel (DME10) under heavy load has better economical efficiency. When burned with DME, emission of CO, NOx and smoke have large scale drop, but HC emission is higher when the load is low and middle. Burned with DME10, under all operating model emission is lower than diesel.
