摘 要:本文测定了汉族148例、维族33创出生24小时的足月所生儿的左上臂肱三头肌处应褶厚度(SFT1)、左肩胛下皮褶厚度(SFT2)、及其他体格发育/营养指标包括身高X(1)、体重X(2)、头围X(3)、臂围X(4)、上臂围/头因比值(MAC/HC)X(5),发现维族身高大于汉族身高(P<0.05)。经多元逐步回归分别建立了汉族、维族新生儿SFT1、SFT2回归方程。汉族SFT1与体重、臂围及MAC/HC比值相关,其方程为y=1.7979-0.065X(2)+1.1324X(4)-22.8634X(5),SFT2与身高、体生及MAC/HC比历相关,方程为y=2.8471+0.003X(1)-0.1004X(2)+0.1062X(4)-20.5961X(5)。维族SFT1、SFT2均与体重及MAC/HC比值相关。方程分别为SFT1y=-16.3904+0.3319X(2)+11.6469X(5),SFT2=-13.973+0.2832X(2)+11.2574X(5)。The Han nationality (e. g 148) and the Uygurnationaity (e. g 33 ) neonates (24 hours) had beenmeasured about skin fat thickness (SFTl ) in theleft mid-point of upPer arm, skin fat thickness(SFT2) in the left low shoulder blade and physicaldevelopment nutritional index including height of aperson X (1 ), weight X (2 ), head aircumference X(3 ), arm crcumference X (4 ), mid-arm/headcircumference ratios X (5 ). We find out that the Uygur nationality heightis bigger than the Han nationality's (P<0. 05 ),SFT1 regression equations are individuallyConstructed about Han nationality SFT1 and UygerNationality SFT2 through plural steps. The Han nationality SFT1 and weight, armCircumference and MAC/HC ratio are related.Regression equation in y=1.7979-0.065X(2)+1.1324X (4)-22. 8634X (5).
