摘　　要：本文在分析新疆畜产品加工业的发展现状基础上,提出新疆畜产品加工业的发展思路和对策。The paper analyses present situation and problems of animal husbandry product processing industries in Xinjiang. The paper also put fowoard the developmental thinking and countermeasures on the base of the above.
