摘　　要：解放军总医院与中国科技大学联合研制的抗菌药物利用与医院感染流行病学软件系统（ＡＡ－ＮＩＥＳ），系用ＤＢＡＳＥ语言和Ｃ语言混合编程而成。它采用了弹出式、下拉式窗口及快速统计算法、快速查询算法等技术，该软件包含科室分类、医院感染分类、不良反应分类、药物分类、疾病名称、细菌名称等８个代码库，能进行查询输入、删除、统计、拷贝临床病例等功能并能自动打印相应的统计表格。主要用于调查医院内抗菌药物的使用情况，统计分析医院感染发生率及医院感染发生的危险因素，评价抗菌药物利用的合理性，纠正不良用药倾向。它可供进行大样本流行病学调查时应用。The software—Epidimiology Survillance of Antimicrobial Agents and Nosocomial Infections was introduced in the paper. This software is editied by DBASE language and C language. It includes the functions to inquire, input, delate,analyse and copy the information of clinical case and autoprint these analysed tables. It can be used to investigate and evaluate the utilization of the antimicrobial agents in the hospital, and survey the morbility and risk factors of nosocomial infections in the hospital. The system was fit for investigation about large samples of epidemiology.
