摘　　要：群测群防是我国地质灾害防治的主要防灾减灾措施之一。文章在介绍三峡水库区地质灾害群测群防监测系统的构成、职能的基础上,论述了地质灾害群测群防监测点的监测方法、监测内容、监测网点的布设原则、监测网点的建立和监测系统的运行管理。介绍了三峡水库区群测群防监测减灾防灾取得的显著效果。That geological hazard monitoring and prevention operated by mass people is one of measures for geological hazard control. On the basis of the construction, function of people monitoring and forecasting system for geological hazard, the paper deals with the monitoring mothed, contents, setting policy and building for geological hazard, management for running the system. Geological hazard people monitoring and prevention system play an important role of geological hazard control.
