铜离子微创治疗内痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察用铜离子微创疗法治疗痔出血及痔脱出的效果。方法选择2005年7月至2006年3月84例Ⅰ～Ⅲ期内痔患者(铜离子治疗组),其中男性44例,女性40例,年龄30～71岁;病程1天～30年;进行铜离子电化学疗法治疗。同时选择同期72例内痔患者(对照组),其中男性40例,女性32例,年龄30～71岁;接受药物治疗。回顾分析两组治疗效果。结果铜离子治疗组84例患者全部治愈,1例出现出血并发症(出血量约15 ml)。对照组72例,治愈48例,好转23例,未愈1例。对照组24例(好转和未愈)转为铜离子治疗组均治愈。结论铜离子微创疗法治疗痔出血及痔脱出,方法简单,操作容易,适应证广,无痛苦,不影响工作,疗效确切,值得大力推广。　Objective To study the effects of copper-ion mini-invasive therapy on treatment of internal hemorrhoid bleeding and exoclus.Methods All of 84 cases with Ⅰ～ Ⅲstage internal hemorrhoid were treated with copper-ion electron therapy.Results All the 84 cases are healing well.In 1 case the operation complication of bleeding occurred.Conclusion The technique of copper-ion mini-invasive therapy is simple and easy.It＇s indication is wide and curative,effect is reliable,with minimal suffering and influence to work.It is worth to spread in application.
