摘 要:通过饲养试验,研究了日粮中添加1.0%尿素和1.0%缓释尿素对滩母羊血清尿素浓度的影响.结果表明:对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组羊血清中尿素的浓度分别为9.827,10.471和13.330 mmol/L,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别比对照组高6.55%和35.65%,试验Ⅰ组比Ⅱ组低27.30%,表明添加缓释尿素可有效地控制尿素释放的速度,提高尿素利用的安全性和有效性,从而改善动物的生产性能.The effects of adding 1.0% urea and 1.0% slow-decomposed urea in the diet on the urea content in the blood serum of Tan Sheep ewes were studied on the basis of test. The results showed that the urea contents in the blood serum of Tan Sheep ewes in control group, test group I and test group II were 9. 827 mmol/L, 10. 471 mmol/L and 13. 330 mmol/L respectively, The urea contents in the blood serum of the ewes in tested group I and II were 6. 55% and 35. 65% higher than that of the ewes in control group, and the urea content in the blood serum of the ewes in tested group I was 27. 30% lower than that of the ewes in tested group II. All of these showed that the slowdecomposed urea could control the decompose speed of urea and increase the security and efficiency of the utilization of urea so as to improve the productivity of sheep.
