摘　　要：宁夏农村新型经济合作组织的建立和发展是迅速的,有成功的经验和做法,也有存在的问题.研究认为今后的发展应从以下5方面努力:坚持以人为本,推动新型经济合作组织的发展;制定引导和支持政策,采取培育手段,推动新型经济合作组织的健康发展;发挥科技优势,增强新型经济合作组织的生存能力;发挥特色农业优势,搞好组织定位,促进经济合作组织的潜能释放;引入竞争机制,开展合理竞争,推动经济合作组织的优胜劣汰.The establishment and development of the new-type rural economic cooperatives in Ningxia are rapid. There are successful experiences and some problems. The development in the future should be made great efforts in five aspects such as taking people as the foremost to encourage the development of the newtype rural economic cooperatives, working out guidance and support policies and taking culture measures to promote the healthy development of the new-type rural economic cooperatives, developing the advantages of science and technology to strengthen the maintaining capacities of the new-type rural economic cooperatives, developing the advantages of special agriculture and making the organization orientation to promote the release of the potential energy of the new-type rural economic cooperatives and introducing the competition mechanism and carrying out equitable competition to form the mechanism of developing the superiority and eliminating the inferiority.
