摘　　要：采用Du Pont公司生产的PTT切片为原料,使用PET短纤维纺丝和后加工设备纺制普通圆形截面PTT短纤维,对切片干燥、纺丝成形、拉伸、热定型等工艺进行了探讨。通过对前后纺工艺的调整,生产出品质优良的PTT短纤维。Conventional circular shaped cross-section PTT staple was manufactured in PET spinning equipments with PTT chip produced by Du Pont company. Process parameters about chip drying , spinning , drawing , heatsetting are discussed. High quality PTT staple fiber was produced through adjusting process parameters of pre-and post spinning.
