摘　　要：介绍了Linux操作系统下LCD驱动程序的设计要求,并基于Ateml公司的AT91RM9200芯片的开发板和EPSON公司的SLD13506控制器,详细讲述了在linux下开发帧缓冲设备驱动程序的过程。成功实现了对12.1英寸TFT彩色LCD屏的驱动和显示。This article introduce the design of lcd drivers which under the linux operating system. And particular narrate the development of frame cushion drivers which based the Ateml Corporation＇s AT91RM9200 chip and the EPSON Corporation＇s SLD13506 display controller and under the linux operating system. It successfully realize the 12.1＇ TFT color LCD screen＇s demonstration.
