摘 要:用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)进行了共混改性,研究了PAM填充量对其在干摩擦及水润滑状态下摩擦的性能影响。并用扫描电子显微镜观察了材料摩擦表面磨痕形貌。研究发现,在水润滑条件下,加入少量的PAM,能够明显降低材料的相对摩擦系数,继续增加PAM的填充量,摩擦系数变化较小并逐渐趋于稳定。Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) was modified by blending polyacrylamide (PAM). The effect of PAM dosage on friction property of the modified UHMWPE was studied under dry friction and lubrication action of water. The wearing surface of the friction material was examined by scanning electron microscope. The results reveal that the introduction of PAM in small amount can significantly reduce relative friction coefficient of the material in the presence of water as lubricant. When dosage of PAM increases further the variation in the friction coefficient become less and get constant gradually.
