烧伤外用药物治疗儿童深Ⅱ度创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比分析烧伤创面常用药物的临床疗效。方法:对以往采用不同方法治疗的95例儿童深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床疗效进行回顾性总结与分析。结果:95例深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的总体愈合时间在9天～21天之间,湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗组的疗效优于庆大霉素冷霜、1%磺胺嘧啶银冷霜及磺胺嘧啶银糊剂3个治疗组,庆大霉素冷霜与1%磺胺嘧啶银冷霜治疗结果相似,但都优于磺胺嘧啶银糊剂治疗组;发生感染共计8例,6个月随访发生瘢痕增生23例。结论:湿润暴露疗法(MEBT/MEBO)能促进小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合,降低瘢痕发生率。Objective： To compare and assess effect of commonly used drugs for burned wounds. Method： Made a retrospective summarization and assessment of clinical effects of different methods in treating 95 pediatric cases of deep Ⅱ degree burned wounds. Result： The healing time for 95 cases deep Ⅱ degree burned wounds was in 9 -21 days. The clinical effect of MEBO treated group was superior to that of gentamicin cream group, 1% flamazine cream group and flamazine paste group. The effects of gentamicin cream group and 1% flamazine cream group were similar and superior to that of flamazine paste group. 8 cases got infection. After 6 month follow up, 23 cases had scar hyperplasia. Conclusion： MEBT/ MEBO can promote pediatric deep Ⅱ degree burned wounds healing and reduce scar formation.
