摘　　要：在民间,诺丽早已作为药物被广泛应用,它对多种疾病有显著疗效。最近通过对诺丽的深入研究,鉴定出一些有效的药物成分,初步阐明了诺丽抗癌、抗氧化机制。现就诺丽作用机制的研究进展作一综述。Morinda citrifolia L. （noni） has been used as a folk remedy for thousands of years and reported to have a broad range of therapeutic effects. Recent studies of noni have indentified some of its useful pharmacologic compounds and indicated its anti-cancer and anti-oxidation mechanisms. The recent advances in noni researches are reviewed.
