综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(附128例临床疗效分析)

摘　　要：采用综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症１２８例。非手术治疗７２例，治愈率４８．６％，有效率８４．７％；手术治疗５６例，治愈率７６．８％，有效率９８．２％。治疗原则应为：先采用非手术疗法，无效时再行手术治疗，并要严格掌握手术适应症。The study on the effect of combining therapy on herniation of intervertibral disc in 118 cases were reported.72 cases were used by non-operation therapy.The cure rate was 48 6%.The effective rate was 84 7%.56 cases were used by operation therapy.The cure rate was 76 8%.The effective rate was 98 2%.It seems to the writers that the therapy principle should be non-operation in preference to operation therapy.After operation therapy is of no effect,then operation therapy is used.Operation indication is seriously mastered.
