摘 要:在三相感应电机运行的各种故障中,绕组缺相故障的发生率较高。当定子绕组一相断路时,将导致三相感应电动机的缺相运行。基于αβο坐标下数学模型,对异步电动机定子绕组故障瞬变过程完成建模,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下进行了实验仿真,通过确定约束条件和对电机参数的设定得出模型的仿真结果。通过对其结果分析,获得了对定子绕组故障的定位方法,分析结论对电机出现此类故障时的诊断方法提供了理论依据,而且对电机中出现其他故障时的现象分析和故障定位有一定的指导意义。In all the faults of three-phase induction motor, stator phase failure has the highest rate, When a phase of the stator winding opens, the induction motor will run under a phase fault. Based on the mathematical model, modeling of the transient process of asynchronous induction motor with stator winding faults were peformed. Experimental simulation was carried out under MATLAB/SIMULINK enviroment. By adding constraints and setting model conditions, the simulated parameter waveforms were obtained. Methods to locate stator winding faults were achieved by analyzing the simulation results. The conclusions of this paper offer theory basis for diagnosing similar faults and can be a reference to analyze and locate other kinds of faults in electric machines.
