摘  要:研究比较了新疆春小麦喀什白皮和冬小麦新冬22号两个品种在低温胁迫下生长状况及脯氨酸积累的差异。结果表明:4℃低温冷驯化3 d后再于-3.5℃胁迫24 h,小麦两个品种的生长状况出现了明显的差异。新冬22号叶片在低温胁迫中没有受到损伤,而喀什白皮叶片则出现了倒伏现象。4℃低温胁迫4 h后,新冬22号叶片的脯氨酸积累显著增加,而喀什白皮叶片的脯氨酸含量在4℃低温胁迫48 h才开始积累。新疆两个小麦品种的脯氨酸积累对低温胁迫的响应存在显著差异,也说明冬小麦品种新冬22号抗寒性显著高于春小麦喀什白皮,为小麦抗寒品种的培育提供了理论依据。The effects of low temperature stress on the growth and free praline contents in leaves of two wheat varieties, winter wheat Xindong22 and spring wheat Kashgar white, were compared. The results show the Xindong22 group treated at - 3.5℃ for 24 h after being acclimated at 4℃ for 3d, Xindong22 seedling did not show being damaged while the leaves of Kashgar white got flattened. The praline contents of Xindong22 began to be accumulated after being treated at 4℃ for 4 h, much earlier than that of Kashgar white began to increase after being treated at 4 ℃ for about 48 h. Effect of low temperature stress on the accumulation of Proline content of the two wheat varieties has significant difference. That is to say, the resistance to cold of winter wheat Xindong 22 was higher than that of spring wheat Kashgar white.
