摘　　要：新疆土地资源丰富,发展潜力很大,发展优势很强,但也存在许多问题:绿洲面积小,利用结构不合理,耕地质量差,水土不平衡,利用程度低,退化严重,规划不完善等,研究根据新疆土地详查资料,基于土地资源利用的现状特点,主要剖析了新疆土地资源可持续利用的障碍因素,并在此基础上提出了实现土地资源可持续利用的主要对策。Land resources of Xinjiang is very rich, has huge development potential, has huge development advantage, but many problems exist in reality such as small Oasis area, the unreasonable use strueture , poor quality of cultivated land, unbalance between water and land,low level Land - use,serious deterioration of land, tmperfect program of land. According to the land survey data based on the present condition of the land in Xinjiang, this paper analyses the major obstacle factors of the sustainable use of land resources in Xiajiang. In the end this paper puts forward the key conurtmeasures for the sustainable land use in Xinjiang.
