摘 要:通过试验和仿真,对具有纵向焊缝的拼焊板在不同压边力作用下的弯曲回弹特性进行研究,并与光板进行对比.研究拼焊板回弹机制,考察压边力分布对拼焊板回弹的影响及拼焊板回弹与焊缝移动的关系.结果表明,拼焊板及其光板回弹都随着压边力增加先增加,后明显减小;压边力较小时,拼焊板的回弹介于对应的两光板之间,随着压边力增加,拼焊板的回弹量在对应的光板之上.总压边力的增大,带来双重效应,一方面随总压边力的增大拼焊板回弹降低,另一方面随总压边力的增大拼焊板焊缝移动增加.总压边力不变,通过调整压边力分布,消除焊缝移动,同时回弹也达到最小值.Through experiments and simulations, springback characteristic of tailor-welded blanks (TWBs) with longitudinal welding line is investigated on different blank holding force (BHF), and it is compared with that of non-welded blanks. The investigations include mechanism of TWBs' springback, influence of distribution of BHF on TWBs' springback and the relation between TWBs' springback and welded-line movement. The results show that with the increase of BHF, TWBs' springback increases first, and then tends to decrease gradually, which is of the same tendency as normal blanks. When BHF is small, TWBs'springback is in the midst of that of non-welded blanks. With the increase of BHF, TWBs' springback is the biggest among them. Increase of total BHF causes two-sided effects. On the one hand TWBs' springback decreases with the increase of BHF; on the other hand welded-line movement in- creases with the increase of total BHF on TWBs. In the condition of immovable total BHF, through adjusting BHF's distribution welded-line movement is eliminated 'and springback reaches to the minimum.
