摘  要:通过机械混合、冷压和烧结成型制备了不同质量分数(5%~30%)的玻纤和石墨填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料.测试了不同样品的拉伸、冲击和硬度等力学性能,利用扫描电镜对冲击断面形貌进行观察.结果表明:加入玻纤后,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度迅速下降,弹性模量增加,材料呈脆性;材料硬度随玻纤加入量增加而增加,随软质石墨的加入量增加而减小;玻纤改性处理,会提高复合材料硬度;石墨对材料冲击韧性影响较小,少量加入时对拉伸强度影响也较小;质量分数10%的石墨和20%的玻纤填充增强PTFE复合材料的综合力学性能较好。The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) matrix composites filled with glass fiber and graphite at various mass fractions were prepared by means of mechanical blending, compression molding and sintering. The mechanical properties of the composites, such as tensile, impact and hardness were investigated. The surfaces of impact specimens were examined by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that tensile strength, elongation at fracture, and impact strength decrease but elasticity and hardness increase by filling the glass fibers. Hardness decreases with the content of glass fibers, while increases by the modification of glass fibers. The impact and intensile strength change a little when PTFE is filled with little graphite. The composite filled with 10% graphite and 20% glass fibers has the comparatively better mechanical properties.
