摘 要:大港油田滩海地区埕海一号人工井场应用Weatherford公司套管钻井技术,通过在导管上安装快速连接套管头装置进行无钻机固井,与套管钻井交叉施工,完成了13口井表层套管段的钻井作业。13口井表层套管段平均井深320.49 m,总进尺4166.40 m,平均机械钻速83.13 m/h,单井平均机械钻速最高127.28 m/h,均创造了大港滩海地区套管钻井的新纪录。通过应用套管批钻井,缩短了钻井周期,也降低了钻井成本,值得在同类井组开发中推广应用。主要介绍了埕海一号人工井场的概况、13口井φ431.8 mm表层套管钻井的情况,对其应用效果与邻井区套管钻井或常规钻井进行了对比分析,并提出了进一步提高套管钻井时效的主要技术措施。The casing drilling technology from Weatherford Corporation was used in Chenghai I Artificial Island, through installing prompt casing head connections on conductor pipes, the no-rig cementing and casing drilling were carried out alternately. The first hole section has been finished on 13 wells. The average depth is 320.49 m, the total footage is 4 166.40 m, the ROP is 83.13 m/h and the maximum ROP of one well is 127.28 m/h which makes a new record of drilling speed in the shallow water area of Dagang Oilfied. The batch drilling through using casing drilling reduces the drilling time and the drilling cost. Therefore, it is worthwhile to use this technology extensively. This paper introduces the Chenghai I artificial drilling location, φ431.8 mm casing drilling in 13 wells. The comparisons with offset wells using traditional drilling techniques were analyzed, and technical measurements to improve the drilling efficiency were proposed in this paper.
