摘  要:岩屑床破坏器是一种有效的斜井岩屑床破坏工具,具有水力和机械双作用破坏、清除岩屑床的特点。为了对岩屑床破坏器产生的钻井液流场有一个全面、准确的了解,应用计算机流体动力学(CFD)分析软件对其流动进行了数值模拟研究,给出了湍流模型、模型数值解法、模型的网格划分及边界条件,并从速度场、压力场、流线图三方面对数值模拟结果进行了分析,这为岩屑床破坏器的结构优化设计、制造及现场应用提供了必要的理论技术支持。The cutting bed remover, an effective and useful tool to dismantle cutting bed during deviated wells drilling, can break and clean cuttings hydraulically and mechanically. For the purpose of understanding flow field created by cutting bed remover comprehensively and accurately, CFD was used to numerically simulate the fluid flow, the turbulent flow model, numerical solutions, girding and boundary conditions were provided. The results of numerical simulation were analyzed from velocity field, pressure field, and streamline. These provided the technical support for the structure design optimization, manufacture and field application of cutting bed remover.
