摘  要:高54区块沙1段地质条件复杂,地层敏感性强,供液差,产能低,油稠,出砂严重,多年来采用了各种工艺措施,均未取得好的开采效果。为此,通过分析该区块地质资料及前期试油试采情况,结合储层岩心室内评价试验结果,总结出采用PS柴油防砂、螺杆泵配套油管锚定、防偏磨和防断脱技术投产的配套开发方案。该配套开发方案在该区块5口新井、恢复生产2口停产多年的老井中进行了应用,并在1口新井中进行了排砂采油先导试验,均取得较好的效果,达到了预期目的。The Sha-1 section of Gao 54 Block has the characteristics of complicated geological conditions, sensitive formation, poor liquid supplying capacity, low production capacity, heavy oil, serious sand production, etc. Therefore good development results were not obtained through using various techniques. Based on the analysis of the geological information and previous well testing results and the evaluation of lab tests of core samples, the development plan, which uses PS diesel sand control, screw pump matching tubing anchor, anti-side wearing and releasing production, was determined. The development plan was used in 5 new wells and 2 reactivated old wells, and sand discharging production was carried out in one new well. The results achieved the predicted results.
