摘　　要：以某汽车厂商与其一级经销商组成的汽车需求链为研究对象,在分析该汽车整车需求链的物流流程、物流成本、市场需求、产销流程等现状的基础上,为该汽车需求链量身设计了一套快速响应系统以解决目前需求链中的提前期过长和库存成本过高的问题,进而实现提升该需求链利润和竞争力的目标。The paper analyzes the logistics process, logistics costs, market demand, production and marketing process of an Auto demand chain composed of a manufacturer and a distributor, designs a quick response system for the demand chain in order to solve the problems of long lead time and high inventory costs.
