生物心瓣膜毁损的再手术治疗

摘　　要：１９８８～１９９６年对２８例生物心瓣膜失去功能者施行再次瓣膜置换手术。其中二尖瓣置换２６例，主动脉及双瓣膜置换各１例。结果：术后全组死亡５例，住院死亡率１７．８６％；２３例痊愈出院。结论：再换心脏瓣膜手术应选择适宜的手术时机、提高手术技巧、完善心肌保护，以减少心脏大血管损伤与意外出血，预防神经系统并发症。From 1988 to 1996, 28 patients underwent valve rereplacement for primary tissue failure of bioprostheses. Five of them died postoperatively in the hospital. The hospital mortality was 17.86%. The timing of operation, myocardial protection, and the detailed surgical technic such as operative approach, method of preventing perioperative bleeding and neurological complication are discussed.
